I was in a total panic when my best mate, James asked me to be his Best Man, which although a huge compliment, speeches aren't anywhere near my strong point! Huge Relief!
I was in a total panic as I realised that I had done nothing about my BM speech with only 5 days before I was flying to Italy for the wedding! In desperation, I found Ken's website and contacted him, not really expecting him to be able to help at such short notice. However, he said he would do his best to write it for me and I sent some background info, and as there were 4 BM's, he asked what order we would be standing up in order to make it flow and handover to the next one, which I hadn't even thought of! The speech went brilliantly and smoothly with lots of laughs from the guests which gave me confidence...and drinks! I recommend him to any other future BM's!

I gave Ken a call roughly 5 to 6 weeks before my best mate was getting married as I was terrified about how to do a best man speech i.e. Right one I found Ken‘s website on Google and gave him a call. He was easy to talk to and he was quite a gentleman to be honest I gave him the information he was after and left him to it it didn’t take him long to come up with what I can say is the best speech I’ve ever heard considering I didn’t give him too much to go off of at the time the speech went down absolutely amazing and I had so many compliments on the day about it. First Class!
Ken is so easy to talk to and gets the information he needs from the questionairre, but also called me twice to fill in some gaps, as well as upfront before that on my first enquiry. He told me not to worry about the timescale to get it done, as I gave plenty notice, and true to his word, it was done 2 weeks before the wedding. Although he said he would be happy to make any changes...it didn't need any, and it went down brilliantly well on the day. I would not have been so confident without his great help, so thanks Ken!

Life Saver!
I was in a total panic as I had left my BM Speech to last couple of weeks and had no idea how to even start it! I found this website on Google and sent an enquiry. Ken got back to me same day and talked through how it works and what I wanted...filled in the basic details questionairre...and Ken delivered! I tweaked a couple of bits to make it more how I would say things, but was pretty much as Ken had written. The guests laughed loads and my mate , the groom loved it...and more importantly, so did the bride! Lots of guests told me I'd done a superb job which was awesome! Just Brilliant Service!

Laugh a Minute!
I contacted Ken at short notice in a total panic, realising I had no idea how to write a Best Man Speech and wasn't sure if he could help with only 10 days till the wedding. I needn't have worried after talking with him as he assured me he would get it done in time to even practice it...and he did. I gave him some basic info and he turned it round 2 days later. i was honoured to be asked to be best man but terrified to have to do a speech. I had the honour of being asked as BM to my best mate of over 20 years...but didn't know where or how to start the speech! That was until I contacted Ken via his website and, as he says he does with every client, we had an initial chat and I sent through some basic info from his online questionairre to give him some basic info. From that, we kept communication going via Whatapp and the completed speech was exactly what I hoped for. The guests loved it and were having a right laugh, despite me not doing it till around 9.30 pm in Italy... after a lot of "dutch courage". Totally Smashed it!
What might have been the most daunting thing I've had to do, was totally the opposite with Ken's brilliant personalised speech for my brother's big day. The whole process was great from start to finish and Ken immediately took my concerns and stress away. Communication right through was open and friendly, and the speech was first class! Fantastic Result!

Brilliant Help!
Ken is fantastic - not just with the speech he wrote with the info I gave, but just the whole friendly experience he provides. As soon as I spoke to him, I knew that I was in safe hands, as he put me at ease straight away.He emphasised through the process that he would be happy to make any changes to the first draft, but only a few minor tweaks were needed which I changed myself. I totally smashed it on the Big Day and it went down amazing, having guests in tears of laughter, but also emotional tears too in my tribute to Owen at the end. Being busy at work, then going on holiday not long before the wedding, I was in total panic mode as I realised I was running out of time, and didn't even know where to begin writing my BM speech! I contacted Ken for help with my best man speech in 2022, I’d contacted somebody else prior and to fair to say it was terrible so I was a little apprehensive- I needn’t of been! Ken was amazing- my speech had everyone laughing which I wanted without being too rude but just the right amount of humour! I’m dyslexic and struggle with reading and writing so I didn’t want anything too heavy which would be easy to deliver on the day with nerves on top, I would 100% recommend ken- don’t bother looking elsewhere he’s your man for a brilliant speech!

When my brother in law to be asked me to be his BM, I was well chuffed...but then cr*pped myself when I realised I had to write a speech then stand up in front of folk and deliver it! I wasn't used to doing either, so googled "Best Man Speech Writers" and this site came up near the top, and a whole lot cheaper than some others there. I got in touch by text initially and Ken got back to me straight away to explain how he worked. and after a good few chats, he suggested that some of my language wasn't appropriate for a wedding...but he still produced a brilliant and funny speech, toned down but getting the same message over. So good I am using twice!
I can't speak highly enough about Ken's service. He immediately put me at ease despite leaving my speech to only a few weeks before the big day. The information gathering process was smooth and his suggestions about what to keep and remove were spot on. Given the task as best man late and near to the big day, I turned to Ken. Who efficiently and quickly carried out the information gathering superbly well and in a thought provoking manner! Just use Ken. That's it really. The info gathering was extensive but not a chore. The communication was excellent. The speed of service was everything I could have wanted. Draft one of the speech was just about spot on and only needed slight amendments on the fly for things that changed in between brief and delivery. Thank you so much Ken for helping me out with my speach. I have dyslexia so for me a speech is a really daunting task. I was a best man a few years back and really struggled with it.. many sleepless nights were had aswell as the stress.. Faaaantaaaastic Speech - Lifesaver!
Just wanted anybody who needs help to write a BM Speech to know about my experience with Ken. To sum it up, my speech went down a storm, which was an absolute relief to me, having worried about it for weeks....until I found Ken's website. The feedback from the guests was amazing, and while I knew my mates would be complimentary,to have strangers come up to me saying it was the best speech they had ever heard from a Best Man was just unreal and blew me away! Wedding Speech 2nd time around
As everyone knows being a best man is an honour but also a scary experience. This was my 2nd time being a best man for the same person and as we’re a lot older now and more mature (well meant to be) I thought I would be an easier role. I contacted Ken in December in a real panic, not knowing where to start, but he quickly put my mind at ease and explained what he would do for me. I sent in the info online I could think of, and being a Scot, Ken picked up the date of the Wedding was Burns Night, which explained the weird Menu with some dishes I had no idea what they were on it, being a Southerner, but the bride's family are Scottish...hence the date! All the way From Australia!
I live in Western Australia, but a friend in UK recommended Ken as he had written a Speech for someone he knew last year. I contacted him and despite the time difference, we spoke at arranged times to discuss my speech needs. The wedding was just after Xmas in the UK,as we still have a lot of family around Portsmouth. I told Ken the wedding was a "Henry 8th, Tudor, theme, my brother acting as Henry and he put a great line in, reminding the bride that Henry had 6 wives...and 2 of them had their heads chopped off! Let me start by saying that you have probably stumbled across the website, frantically looking for some help with a speech. That was me only a few weeks ago! There are a lot of companies charging hundreds for a speech so when I seen Ken’s prices I was a little reluctant and thinking, “why is this way cheaper?” I contacted Ken who very quickly assured me that regardless of the price he still offers a top class service. We arranged a suitable time to call and he discussed with me what I needed and got a feel for my nature and accent etc... I then filled in a very simple form and sent this to him with as much detail as possible. Today I received my speech way before our agreed deadline and can honestly say it’s incredible! It flows nicely and the content is absolutely top class! So do not hesitate and contact Ken if you need help with your speech. I now feel very confident and actually looking forward to the day rather than dreading it! Thank you Ken!!!

Best Man to Richard
I was asked to be Best Man to my lifelong friend, which was a great honour, but finding time to write a Speech was a worry...until I found Ken's website and contacted him, when he put me at ease and assured me he would get the Speech done in plenty time before flying out to italy for the wedding. True to his word, I got the speech a week before the departure and had time to practice it, and make some small tweaks to suit my style, but great service, and recommended!

Highly Recommended!
I was really nervous about this BM Speech for my Best Mate since we were kids, so plucked up the courage to call Ken initially to find out about his service and how it worked.I'm so glad I did, as he produced a fantastic speech which covered all the bases with what I wanted to say, but didn't know how in Speech format. It was a great 9 minutes delivering it and most of it humour, with a sincere ending.Brilliant, and would defo use Ken again if called upon to be a BM in future.

Amazing Best Man Speech!
Contacted Ken after finding his website on 1st page of Google, and glad I did. Wrote a terrific speech for me and I wasn't nervous about delivering it on the wedding day at all, as he was happy to change bits here and thete to suit my style, so excellent, personal service. Called Ken for a chat through first, and he gave me the confidence to send through the info via the website. He was really friendly, explained how he worked and said he'd call back when the info came through, which he did to clarify some bits.Emphasised that no payment until he confirmed it was done, when he messaged me and payment made and immediately e mailed the Speech...which was amazing and so personal as well ! Fantastic, very friendly and personal service given by Ken. Took the time to call and find out a bit more than I put in the questionairre and to clarify some things that I understood, but not everybody else would. I took a chance on calling the number on the www.needabestmanspeech.co.uk website, not sure if I would get a reply,but Ken took the call straight away. He explained what he does and how it works with no payment asked for until speech is done and assured me not to worry...it would be done and back with me well before the wedding. And as promised, it was! He wrote a fantastic Speech, and still very personal and funny, with Dave being the main target, obviously. I would recommend him to anyone.
